Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period. No penalties or lock-ins.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise includes a 30-day trial. No credit card required to start. You're only charged at the end of the trial if you choose to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer, Paystack (Naira), and invoice (Enterprise). All plans can be billed in USD or NGN. Enterprise contracts also support annual invoicing and PO-based payment.
Is scan data safe? Where is it stored?
Scan data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each tenant's data is fully isolated via our multi-tenant architecture. We do not share or sell your security data. Enterprise plans can request data residency options.
Does the Academy count as CPD/CPE credit?
Yes. Cyber Oracle certificates are CPD-aligned and publicly verifiable. COED (Certified Oracle Elite Defender) certificates are recognized for CPE credits toward CISSP, CEH, and equivalent certifications.
What is the MSSP / reseller program?
